The number of awardees in the Staten Island commercial waste zone and the implementation date for such commercial waste zone.

This bill would require the Department of Sanitation (DSNY) to enter into agreements with 6 commercial waste haulers for the borough of Staten Island. It would also delay implementation of the Staten Island zone until February 1, 2028.
