Requiring agencies receiving quality of life complaints to provide complainants with the opportunity to share their personal contact information with a relevant council member.

This bill would require every agency that directly receives a quality of life related complaint through a designated communication channel to provide the complainant with an opportunity to share their personal contact information with the Council Member representing the area that is the subject of the complaint for the purposes of following up on the complaint.
