Establishing a citywide youth employment program for snow removal.

This bill would permit the Commissioner of the Department of Sanitation (DSNY) to, in the case of snowfall, employ and hire temporarily as many minors 16 or 17 years of age to be deployed as Emergency Snow Shovelers, as needed.
