Monitoring and reporting noise levels around seaplane bases.

This bill would require the Department of Environmental Protection to install noise level meters on any city buildings, and private buildings that request installation, near seaplane bases in the city. This bill would also require the Department to post on its website reports of the decibel levels recorded by the meters it installs.
