Installation of porous pavement as part of street reconstruction projects.

This bill would require the Department of Transportation, in collaboration with the Department of Design and Construction, to install porous pavement as part of each street reconstruction project located within certain areas at risk of rainfall-induced or coastal flooding, subject to certain exceptions.
