Requiring the department of HPD to provide notice to council members of residential buildings that have failed to file registration statements.

This bill would require the Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) to provide, no later than October 1 of each year, a list of the addresses of residential buildings that have failed to file required registration statements to the local Council Members of the districts in which such buildings are located.
